Our Story…

Michael Boulos grew up in Croton on Hudson and has been a part of over 25 restaurant and bar openings in NYC, Boston, and London (UK), mostly in the kitchen.

When the opportunity came up to open his bar with seasonally-inspired food and cocktails, influenced by his unique cultural and culinary journey, he jumped at the chance and The Raconteur was born.
