Hummus & Pimiento Cheese
We make our own traditional hummus in the Lebanese style. Carol Sue's Pimiento cheese is an old Texas recipe passed down from one cook to another.
Even when we get a special request or put together something special, our drinks are always presented beautifully.
Honey Roasted Carrots
Carrots roasted with honey, olive oil & thyme. Presented on labne with bee pollen, za'atar, sumac & micro chive
Last year we celebrated the running of the Kentucky Derby with our take on a Kentucky staple
Chorizo, Murray's 1 year Manchego, Leonara a Fuego (spiced rind goat's cheese), with quince, marcona almonds and freshly baked bread from our friends at Balthazar Bakery.
A special Gin & Tonic we developed for Halloween 2022
Boiled, smashed, and roasted with garlic, thyme, sea salt and olive oil. Topped with lemon-basil aioli, sumac, and parsley
If you've ever been to London in the summer, you may have had one or 6 of these. Available by the glass or pitcher.
Carol Sue's Pimiento Cheese
Taught to chef Michael by an old colleague Berke Marye. Credit will always go to Berke's mom, Carol Sue, who passed the recipe down.
The Tokyo G&T
Roku gin, Fevertree yuzu-lime soda, apple blossom, pink peppercorn, lime
There are many hidden details to be found around the space...scavenger hunt competition incoming.
Cool pic, bro
We don't use these glasses or the bartender, but they both look good here, so why not? Are you actually still reading these captions?
Drinks by the Pitcher
Thursday nights from 5-7 our pitchers are only $45 and contain the same amount as 4 regular cocktails.
Our house made coffee brownie and sticky toffee cornbread
A great way to start the night, or end it. Whether you are craving an espresso martini, a late-night snack or just one last drink before heading home, let us be the last place you stop
ra·con·teur | \ ˌra-ˌkän-ˈtər
a person who excels in telling anecdotes; a storyteller
We believe that every dish tells a tale; every liquor has its lore.
We've all known a bartender who can spin a yarn,
and if tables could talk, oh the stories we'd hear.
At the Raconteur, we tell our story through food and drink, utilizing a diversity of ingredients from around the corner & across the globe.
Our beverage program is focused on a relatively diverse list of cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beer.
Our specialty cocktail program is focused on botanical ingredients, quality liquors & mixers, and unique flavor profiles.
Be sure to try our Spanish-style Gin & Tonic goblets and vintage Absinthe fountain.
We love our art...
