The story behind....
We didn't set out to be like anybody else. We want every guest in our space to experience something fun and unique, where every dish and drink is crafted with care, utilizing the best seasonal and global ingredients we can gather in our humble space.
Michael Boulos grew up in Croton on Hudson and has been a part of over 25 restaurant and bar openings in NYC, Boston, and London (UK), mostly in the kitchen.
When the opportunity came up to open his own bar with seasonally-inspired food and cocktails, influenced by his unique cultural and culinary journey, he jumped at the chance and The Raconteur was born.
